Hey! It's a really nice game... I play it in the first release (Engulfer v0.75). I will review it and give you some ideas for powerups :]
Graphics .:. 7/10
It does have normal graphics... Not THAT much... But I give you an 7, I think you don't need to change 'em.
Style .:. 10/10*
You are very original in your games... I mean power-ups and everything... I don't really care if you get an idea from Fishy, but that's an original game.
Sound .:. 8/10
Nice musics chosen. If you change them like that for compress the file it's ok. (I love Old Menu Music ^_^)
Violence .:. 1/10
Didn't find such violence in it. Nothing more to say ¬¬
Interactivity .:. 10/10*
You can stand playing for hours the game... The ultra-insane mode is really difficult; you could spend like an half hour in it. Power-ups add more interactivity.
Humor .:. 3/10
Didn't find it so much funny in terms of laugh and so such thing... But in terms of interactivity I would give you an 8.

[Tips for future releases]
\\\ Power-ups :
+1 Transmute - All red enemies become green and all green enemies become red. (The color can be white)
+1 Teleport - Teleport you to a random area of the map. (The color can be purple)
+5 Size - Add +5 to your size (The color can be cyan)
\\\ Modes :
1337 - I know it's kind of newb using 1337 =P
All the stage could be Spawn Point... Making it 99% impossible to beat.
