Easily the best flash I have seen yet. There were a couple of spots that others have already mentioned so I will not reiterate what was already said. Looking forward to viewing more and more of your work. Keep it man and you will have your own fan club =]
If you dont mind yet another suggestion though I wouldnt mind seeing Garuda vs. Baraka as well.

Nice animation! You did a great job using sprites as I do not know many sprite flash animations that are actually a pleasant thing to see. With the background story you're creating a legend here, nice work.
Btw Ken was always my favorite, I have SF2 on gameboy (old) lol I recognized (not all) some of the tricks, 'scool some nostalgia hehe.

Truly you are an artist only a true genius could make something as totally kick ass as that. The fights were perfect the timing was right, and most of you out there must agree with me this is the way it should've been (well maybe save for the big ass gun, even though that was cool too!!) I say keep up with the flash, you've got some real talent.
