It's the banana phone song.. That is the best song ever. That guy that got pissed... his voice sounded very weird and unclear... but it's funny how it just got violent because of that song. It seems this song always causes people to get violent. haha this is a good idea. Graphics/animating looked good too.

Allright, things you need to improve:
Graphics. They were totally awful, to tell you the truth. I'm sorry, but you can't draw for shit. Practice your drawing skill before you submit another movie.
Sounds. When the other dude (Cloud?) sez ''TURN THAT CRAP OFF!!!'' it sounds like a bag of dog doo. Also, you might wanna turn of the sound of ''Banana phone'' when the ''Kill Bill'' theme starts.
Improve your skills with motion tween. That almost made me ulcer.
