Not especially terrible, but definitely brings nothing new to the table. I've seen plenty of shooters like this one, but this was a little under the standard because the enemy can pop up off the screen. I did like the ranking system at the end though.

It's not the fact that you stole the graphics from another game that annoys me, but that you accomplished so little with them. The "gun" sound was the worst example of a gun being fired that I've ever heard. The graphics you "borrowed" worked quite convincingly and could have made a decent game if you showed at least a shadow of innovation or effort.
