Has potential, but needs a lot of work.
Overall I didn't find this to be bad, although there is definitely some area for improvement.
First, the general look of the game could use some improvement. Overall, it just looks kind of thrown together. The first thing I would do is get rid of the 50 different fonts you are using, and just stick with a couple. Less is more.
Also, the way you have backgrounds on some of the words colliding with backgrounds in other words just looks sloppy. Take the fight screen for instance, where it says Choose Your Move. To me it just looks kind of bad the way it overlaps with the Stats display.
The instructions are a bit lacking. First thing I noticed is that the first line is cut off. Also, this is a bit nitpicky, but the word experience does not have an 'a' in it.
The graphics just seem bizarre to me. Some of them are nice, and others are just lacking. It makes for a very disjointed presentation overall. There are a few nice effects, like the flame. But on the other hand your guy looks like a beach ball using some form of telekinesis to swing a sword.
The sound could use some improvement as well. It's really uneven. Half of the game is spent in complete silence, while the fighting half has the same 5 second repetitive loop that after about a minute really makes you want the silence again. I'd either ditch the sound altogether, or be more consistent in the way you use it, and add some more variety.
As far as the gameplay goes, the basic premise is pretty solid for a tactical RPG. The idea of getting experience and gold to upgrade yourself always has the potential to keep someone's interest. But I did find some annoyances with the gameplay aspect.
First, when you are in the shop, there should be some prices on the items you can buy. It's pretty silly to not know how much money you are about to lose before you click something.
Also, for some items, there should be a better indication of what it does. Take armor for instance. Does buying armor multiple times help you? The game doesn't bother to let you know. If it does, then it should indicate what armor level you have. If it doesn't, then it shouldn't let you buy it more than once.
The weapon upgrades should also indicate what level you have.
I also noticed the lockup bug when you try to start the game. It doesn't always happen, but definitely not something to inspire you to close out the window and try again.
I realize it sounds like I am thoroughly bashing your game, but it does have the potential to be good. It just could use a lot of work to make it more presentable, and to make a little more sense.
