good. but one thing.
It was good, but the frame rate is slow as hell, or is it just me? graphics look good.

It pretty good.
I love Naruto. But how do you win this game??? I already raised my 4000 experience points with Naruto, but I still can't win? How do you beat it??

Nice, I was actually expecting you to taint the Naruto anime, but you just turned it into a slightly... above average game, and amplified it with some sexuality. I would add a minigame or two and improve the graphics a tad if you intend on creating a series.
Cute... but twisted ending.
This was good. I'm a big fan of the girl POV twist you took. Although I would have liked to have choosen my own character.
You could tell the difference between the graphic you took from the show and the graphic you did yourself. Not bad... at least its not as bad as some of the other games here.
The only thing that threw me was the ending. No matter how well I did it wasn't one of the guys I went after. It was show extra character that wasn't even an option to swoon. (The character's name escapes me.)
