As a female member of your target audience (and a huge Naruto fan), I loved this game. It's about time Sakura finally got with someone from the series. I feel that people not familiar with the anime will be at a disadvantage, which might take away their fun in playing the game. But on a personal level, I'm definitely not sorry that my extra background knowledge helped me get all the right answers (and 4 hentai scenes).
For people having trouble getting the hentai scenes, try concentrating on one guy at a time... especially since the game ends when you get one of them in the sack. You don't have to waste your chakra counter answering everyone's questions, but can bypass them without losing points or health.

Though the hentai scenes would be cooler.. if they had like sounds and... well.. nm haha but I played it all the way through and unless there is a hentai scene other than the main 3 and Shikamaru... I've watched them all XD Being a hentai fangirl is awesome XP

Man im a hardcore naruto fan but you got bug in there if i want to talk to some one for the second time they say i got no energy ,while the hp couge is still 100% full
