Not bad...
...but it needs more variation. i.e. more levels? A points system? Make it possible to lose/win? Etc...
It also needs sound, deffo!
Add those and it would be better, maybe also "umberella powerups" like bigger, smaller etc.

not very good
don't submit something u made in 3 hours...take another week and make the game better, cuz it's not good...sorry, but it's way too hard to protect 5 boats at a time from the rain that is very fast...u should made big rain drops but few of them...like 4 at a time...

You have a great idea here, all you need to do is develop it. Add a few more features to the game, like some kind of gauge to show how much water it will take for a boat to sink. And music too.
Something along those lines..
This game has plenty of potential, it may not make it past judgment this time, but if you work on it some more, you might get lucky!
