2D gfx could have been better
Graphics - better than average, but your 2D needs all the help it can get. You've got good 3D animation and modelling skills though, i'll give you that.
Style - Loved a few camera angles there, but mostly, your style is just something above average (as well). That, and the fact that I liked the C&C idea you came up with ;)
Sound - Actually.. I didn't find the sound that bad at all... but then again, it wasn't perfect.
Violence - Average carnage. No details.
Interactivity - Where?
Humor - I was humoured.. mainly the way you say your computer is so slow that you cannot render 3D movies up to speed so you use Flash. I find that quite interesting. I use Cinema4D and i find that rendering movies in normal movie format (Quicktime, etc.) is a LOT easier (and less time consuming) than rendering in Flash (depending on how much texturing and lights you put on your setup) using the FlashV2 plugin.
Overall - You've got a pretty decent animation here. Practice more on your drawing skills and you'll become a great animator. It's all about how much you put into it ;) Keep the flame burnin'!

I'm writing this becuase of the guy before me...
1. Yes the GDI do have freakin' tanks the Med and the Mammoth - from TD. This movie is a cross of both TD and TS, read the damn Authors Notes.
2. Yes.. they can, it's called THE HAND OF NOD.
3. A bit of a colour mishap? For C&C Fans it doesn't take much to differentiate between the two teams becuase of their tanks. Use your head.
4. Ugh. Your imagination is non-existant.
5. Genius - it has at least 2 weapons which I remember, the Rail-Gun and its AA Missiles. The ultimate weapon without Air Defense? Yeah... Works.
The movie itself was good, just some of these dipshits should review the series of games before posting stupid criticisms.
