Well I suppose not everyone can like it. It always seems that way when I try frame by frame. I always get meaner reviews when I do. Good thing I'm done with all that, and I hope you like my cartoons better when I start to do tweening again.
animation itself wasn't bad...I guess
Despite that the actual drawings themselves were really bad. some had their good point however if your going to make a flash production keep one style through the whole thing. I noticed you said it was frame by frame meaning it should be better, but this just didn't seem good quality. Plus it had no point...too bad.

It was meant to be pointless (oxymoron). Also I didn't really concentrate on the drawings as much as the animation in this one. Note the word "exercise". I've never been very good at frame by frame, and this was my best shot at it. Oh, and your little "it was frame by frame, meaning it should be better". What does that mean? You got something against tweening?
