Fix sinper rifle bug (keep firing and it will kill, even with no bullets

yeah sorry its so hard to test these games your self. everything is in my head so i try to remember what to test but to make mistakes ;) the new update fixes this and also adds an automatic m4 giving the ability to mow people down :D...
