Poor Return
Well, after a 3 month break you've come back, and have disappointed me. This is far too poor of a return movie. I would have expected better from you, Knox. I've been a fan of your Claymations since the beginning when it all started with 'The Yellow Seed' and the old movies that you made were great. Even though they had poor visual quality and poor animation quality, they made up for it big time in the humor department.
You've gotten better at Claymating since 'The Yellow Seed', We can all tell, You still got a long ways to go, you animate with blobs of clay for chrissakes, but ever since you've been getting better with the animation you've been seriously lacking in the humor department. I mean the past few movies that you've released (with the Exception of 'Klay Swimming Pool') have all been lacking in their humor. It's just randomness. Now I do like random humor sometimes, but it gets old, and boring after some time. It just seems to let me down if I see a movie of yours that's just bland old random humor all the time. All of us who have been fans since the beginning have come to expect so much of you when it comes to the humor in your movies. Now onto the movie.
This movie had excellent animation for the clay men. It flowed very smoothly as all of your other recent claymations. The voicings are great as always, that's the one thing that I will always be envious of you for, you have a great acting voice. The humor in this was alright, I didn't laugh very much throughout the movie. The Hot Dog god made me chuckle.
I've seen Part 2 and basically the same can be said. I'm not gonna review that cause then I'd just be a review whore now wouldn't I ;)
You are one of the funniest people on Newgrounds, and as a long time fan of yours, I have come to expect so much of your movies. Try better next time. Please.
