Reviews for "Dragon Fist 2"
While not quite as awesome as Starfighter...
this genre of game is probably even harder to do well... than a space sim is, so I have to give you massive props for that. Of course, as someone with minimal flash experience, I don't KNOW that for sure, but I'm speaking from how I've seen past fighting games done on NG in flash. Some are fun, some not so fun. Many are hard to play, many have bad control schemes... and many just aren't worth playing.
This, OTOH, is a damned good game! The only problem is my own computer's fault (a general lack of speed and quickness which serves to reduce the challenge of the game... but oh wells, I'll have to try this out on a computer with a faster CPU sometime!). That said, the punch/kick/weapon control scheme is intuitive, simple, and laid out well. Only complaint: TYU spans the "gap" in natural-style ergo-keyboards. You know, the T is on the lefthand side of the keyboard, then there's the split, then the YU, so that made it a bit hard to play as the left player. Aside from that? Greatness.
I particularly enjoyed some of the jump kick fun (both on the up motion AND while coming down), the weapon action, and the Xx combos and % bonus damage and all... While the battles take longer on my slow CPU, they're still damned fun. Well done with another genre, man! I'm not as much a fan of fighting games as I am of space sims, but Dragon Fist 2 excells in its area almost as much as Starfighter does in its. #;-}>

I just beat the dragon master...*twitch* it took me 3 hours to go thru this entire game. *twitch* I dont know what to do now really, i cant stop thinking "back +T!!!" "T+Y!!!" "AGH MY HEART IS IN HIS HAND!" "BLOCK FOR THE LOVE OF GOD BLOCK!!!!"*twitch*
It was fun, but i think im going to need therapy to be reintroduced to normal society like a soldeir returning from war. *twitch*
I was very proud of myself when i beat the DM's face into the ground though.

Its good but could use some improvement
This was a good game with the huge cast that was bigger then the original street fighter,
but there could be some improvement like the fighting itself...I think eatch character should have their own fighting style,
There is no rush though this is a great game and I had fun beating the crap out of my friends.
