Okay dude, another step in the right direction. Only two real suggestions left on my end. Storyline, and some more enemies (try for a few origional creations. :) Even if the graphics aren't TERRIBLY awesome for your own artwork, a touch of personalization would probably kick it all up a notch and have peeps thinking 'Ooooo...that's different'
In either case, NICE work. Playable, entertaining, and overall a better experience.

Good attempt, but...
It could've been better. It took me tries to beat quintet, and the Gutsdozer (You called him the gutsman tank) was pretty easy. The blob-room-thing was really odd, and so was Wily's *ahem* "transformation.
Overall, you get a 43%. As much as I liked it, it wasn't all too good.
