hey, not bad
It has a kinda, kindergarden-kid-drawing-on-the-refridgerator-magnet kind of feel. It's a nice song, with a nice animation put to it. Sure there's plenty of ways it can improve, but I'm just happy to see some quality amounts of thought put into a flash, rather than a quantity of fruitless work put into something shitty.
Tell your flash consultant that she did a good job, and has good taste in joke timing and visuals lol. Though some scenes did drag on a bit too long for the pace of the flash.

You probably could have done better with the animation, but other than that, it's not bad.
