There's room for improvement
For example, clothing, mouths and well if its a trailer make another one that presents a bit of the story. For all I can see is that there's just three main characters and the antagonist, but I don't know why he posses such a threat or anything from this trailer. Oh well, it was pretty good.
It has possibility
There's not enough in the trailer to really make a good judgement about how it will be. From the trailer, I would say that you might need to be careful about voices - the evil laugh wasn't exceptional.
