Unusual Flash subject...

I had to admit, I was intrigued by the use of drow as flash characters. I, however wasn't expected to be entertained. Call me cynical, but most of the flashes i've watched are pure crap and I don't bother reviewing them. This deserves some recognition. The anime graphics splashed with arrogent style, has further pushed how far anime graphics can go.

I don't know much about the whole drowtales thing, but I will visit your site. I'm currently in the middle of the Broken Saints comic, so I may take a while getting through all the information. But you have won fans here. Your unique characters and inane humour put it above most of the crap that plagues the portal.

I would want to make at least one slight suggestion. I know that your drow series is different from the Forgotten Realms series, but is there any chance of the Drow hero, Drizzit Do'Urdonnan appearing in any future flash? Or at least, a character based on that mold of character?

I really liked the animation in here and i did appreciate that there's a deeper story about this, i mean since you've been going on for 4 years now, so i decided to visit your webcomic and have been reading it all of last night and today from the beginning, hopefully next time i'll understand the characters a little better, but it's really got me interested in the comic, if that was your intention then congratulations, you got another fan of the series!

Don't judge this as a stand alone flash.

For all of you reviewers who were trying to pretend like this was supposed to be a flash that was totally unrelated to anything else I think it is time you read the author's notes. This was not intended to have a solid plot line. It was to celebrate the anniversary of the web comics creation and give the fans a sneak peak at what is to come. I still thought it had a plot anyway but that is just my opinion. Also most people found the humor lacking but I doubt half of this stuff would be as funny if you had never read the comic so maybe try doing that before you judge it. Anyway I thought the voice actors did quite well and I loved the animation. Also the option of subtitles was very much appreciated. I love when I can read stuff that you normally wouldn't be able to hear because you can only follow one voice at a time. I was glad the sound levels were kept even. When the voice level jumps a lot its hard to fully appreciate the flash. Anyway I think you did a very good job and you should attract a new fan base to the web comic.

What is it with newgrounders and crappy stuff...

Ok, I'll admit that it had excellent graphics, but the plot is so-so. It didn't really keep my attention and the humor was very... bland. It just seems like everyone votes on a movie just for it's animation quality, not for what it's contents are. Oh well, that's just my opinion, but you have my complements on the good animation and time that was probably spent making it.

Don't listen to that 13 year old twit

I found this video amazing! The graphics were spectacular, and I feel you really captured the moment. Also, the overall concept was great! I think that kitten_of_death is too young and unintelligent to understand what Drow even are, let alone grasp the humor of this. So don't let twits like that discourage you from making another video!
