It seemed like it had potential. You established a rivalry and the absurd vehicles looked kinda interesting.
You need to finish it though - 5 seconds looped over and over just isn't gonna cut it.
To be honest, this seems like you started a project, then after a couple of hours of work decided you coudn't be bothered and just abandoned it, yet submitting it anyway.

dude that was a peice of crap. i only didn't give you a 0 because your animation was decent. but it had no point whatsoever. and heres a tip only make something go in a loop if it's funny , intense or just good because seeing the same 4 or 5 dudes driving animal cars is really annoying. oh well i guess you tried
What was the point of this movie?
It was the same thing looping over and over. It got old real fast. Try again man.

Usually, I try to be helpful in my reviews. So, here's my helpful hint of the day.
TRY MATCHING THE MUSIC!!!
I mean, the movie's alright, but it was made sloppy. After watching it for the third repeat, the music starts to go out of sync, and that just gets old fast.
Otherwise, keep trying.
