Lighting, perspective and details work really well here!
There's like a Scooby Doo vibe in this picture.
The perspective looks great (it has an exaggerated style that adds a ton of energy to the scene) and I love all the details in the background (especially the tiny little bucket above the hole). They def look like some dudes on a mission.
I'm not sure who the leader would be, though I'm leaning towards Carmine. The dude seems a bit to chill for the role, and Bucket a bit too high strung (though in a show she'd have big "main character" energy, or at least in a shonen anime, lol).

I think they all like to think they're the leader, but ultimately there probably isn't one. Carmine would be the closest thing to one though. In my head she's a very proactive character compared to the other two, especially the guy (I still need to give him a name...).
