up until 2 days ago, i never bothering learning how to play chess, instead i played Chinese Chess. but this game was great practice and helped me improve a lot
Pretty, pretty nice
For me as a chess beginner, it's a nice training. Amazing how small this program is. I don't know, if the engine uses an opening book, but its fun to try so many different openings.
My only complain is, that I often mistake bishop for knight and vice versa. The knight shouldn't wear a spear, or it should wear it on the other side. The general graphics are not bad, though.
needs to be a little bit harder.
The computer practicaly trapped itself by moving both its knights in the rank in front of the king and all i had to do was move my knight to d6. otherwise its pretty smart since it could defend itself against scholars mate, danish gambit, and the fried liver.
Too easy
Love the speed, but it's way to easy.
