Dracula, eh? Might've been one of the Castlevania games for the NES, maybe Dracula's Curse. (Incidentally, that's Castlevania III, if that helps at all.) Actually, some to think of it, this really does sound kinda like Castlevania music! Wow! =D

Nice, very. This made me feel like getting ready for some super boss of a video game on 8-bit. However this attracted my ears at the audio portal top 5. This is a very good song. It has allby and rythm and can be used in 8-bit games.
