No its not stolen. I have it in my own notation in Finale 2005. I can email it to you if you'd like. You might need a sophisticated ear, but there are quite a few differences between mine and the one you linked me too. They are very similar I admit, but thats probably cause they're the same song. But I can assure you I do all my own work.
