I never said that the tsunami was not a horrible tragedy. I was just stating that Bush decided to be a little over-generous considering we as Americans are already in over our heads.

That was horrible. Here is why:
1. You used too many .jpegs
2. Animate walking, not dancing (motion tween makes it look like hes floating)
3. It was short
4. It insults the president

Spend more time on it, and pick someone like Hilary Clinton to do a next one.

FYI:
I used seven JPEGS total, 99% of the animation (aside from 2 backgrounds and the heads) are all drawn.
The graphics are supposed to be bad, it portrays Bush as his true self.
I didn't want to drag it out.
It was supposed to insult the llama...er...president.
I personally support Hillary as the first woman president and refuse to in any way demean or in any way stab at her attempts to bring us back from Romper Room.
