Just a quickie
I've only got a couple of things to say about this one. It doesn't look good in places because she has no texture on her skin. Your colouring/shading/etc. is very realistic, but w/o texture, it just falls flat. Also, the outline around her doesn't look too good, either. Try experimenting with more art styles.
