Not that bad. Some of the subtitles didn't match the speach. Other then that it's a fairly decent movie.

All of that aside, your first problem here is that you're using Halo as subject matter. Not only has it been out for ages now, but it's been done to DEATH. Find something more interesting to talk about.
Second, the whole premise is pretty lame. There is a cheater in a game. Instead of going somewhere else, we will cheat in response. Yeeeah. Very 12 years old of you.
I'd suggest teaching yourself to draw. Buy a nice pencil and a sketchbook. Stick with it for a while and you'll get better at graphics. Learn to write. Buy a note book, write stories, essays, journals, what ever. Your scripting will improve.
Try harder and better luck next time.
