One Problem - Link is not Neo

I agree with some of the other reviews that this really doesn't have any good reason to be based on Zelda (fanfiction aside), and when compared to the series it doesn't hold up. Perhapes you loved the third Matrix movie more then anything else on God's green Earth, but that doesn't mean you have to be bring Link into it; he doesn't have to fly, and he doesn't have to dress like this is his big interview. If you love the series so much, I don't see why you need to give it a Killer 7 Matrix make over. I hate to tell you this, but if you take Link out of this tunic and hat he's just some guy with a sword. You may as well make him a chick with a gun.

chick with a gun - ill use that in my next one :-P but yeah, ive said this before, this is merely an extension of the story - this isnt supposed to have a LoZ feel because up until now LoZ has been cartoony and for kids - the only reason i love it so much and have stuck with the series (as i imagine many of my generation has) is because we grew up with the originals - of course this isnt zelda-like, cause its dark - plus i made it take place years later so they live in a culture where people dont wear tunics and funny hats - in fact, they dress like we do
-btw, the matrix 3 was SHIT - lost my respect entirely, they shoulda just left the first one be - but im not a millionaire director, so i dont need to explain everything - just accept the flash for what it is - a neat movie - and how can you say 'fanfiction aside' ? thats exactly what this is - im a fan, and this is MY piece of fiction

Crap

The graphics were outstanding but the rest of it was crap. The movements looked fake and the part that really pissed me off was that you made them fly. It seemed to be more of a gay DBZ flash than anything else. The suit made Link look like a fag and Ganon got owned from the very start. At the very least make the fight interesting. I was really confused why you put in Final Fantasy music.

In my short life I have never seen anything cooler

This movie is just awesome. I am 13 and a big fan of the LoZ series. I probably won't get to experience anything really big like starwars or the first video game. That ship has sailed. I have little chance of getting that kind of ground breaking experience. So I usually exagerate greatness because i have a small limitation in that feild, but for me this movie was kinda groundbreaking. I have never seen anyones inovation of LoZ turn out to be as complete adn intricute as yours is. Your animating is almost inspirational. And I know im probably blowing this thing alittle out of proportion. But That movie was AWESOME I can tell by reading some of the reviews you got that not everyone agrees with me, but quite frankly I don't agree with them. In reviewing atributes: the sound was just a tad bit off with the SE-PI-ROTH business but it went along very well with the animation. The animtation itself was very cool and had a good flow. The interactivity was just buttons really but in teh aspect that they were shaped like a tri-force i think you deserve credit for that along with the fact that you included a 'making of' section. violence and humor went accordingly adn werrnt really forced into the animation so its more of an oppinion. Ijust over all really love the work you did on this as is in plain sight by now. I did make this review a little long didnt I. WAY too long. but keep up the good work.

Cool animation style. I love the 3d and how you explained it all very cool. I do have some buff with the predictable ending of link winning the battle etc. Would of been a lot cooler if something happened or if link lost.

i was thinking about everyone dying - but then people would accuse me of stealing that ending from cowboy bebop - in the end of the apike and vicious kill eachother so...i went with this
