Well, it's a good start..

Buu wouldn't just slip into Vegetto like that and become Majin Vegetto. Boppity(however ya spell it) would need to take control of Vegetto for him to becom Majin. Nice that you pulled out the voices and put them in like that. The characters looked half way decent, but you need to put more movement into them instead of having just one or two different frames. Try the tutorials in the Flash program and see what you can do with symbols. This looks great for a start, but we all need to develop and master new techniques to make our art and animations outstanding.

And remember, we're all in this together. I'm pulling for ya.

dude i refuse to give a dbz flash a low score but man. the power up lines were just zig zag lines lolol omg that was sorta good/funny shit at the same time so keep it up just put more effort into your animation and not your art cause thats fine.

almost perfect i have some ideas for u

if you dont mind there just ideas so you dont have to use them if you dont want
1.you could make a part where theres a (villion)dont know how to spell. where he can like change into anybody he wants but his weakness is he isnt as powerfull as the person he changes into so he could like trick goku into thinking he was goku or something.
2 put some voice clips from the show into it like (ex)make trunk say to vegeta father your going to destroy the whole planet stop it trunks lets go FINAL FLASH or something or i could help voice acting. i have tons of ideas. i like yamcha a lot so you know hes real weak and gets picked on (not realy butttt.....) make him like sell his soul to the devil for power and he can look like jin when he was a devil or whover from tekken3 and they could try to stop him thenks for reading this.

I love DBZ!!!

You did a really good job on making it authentic!!
The graphics could have been better, but its a lot better then anything I could ever do!
Besides, I love DBZ!!!

it's alright

DBZ is a great show, but the DBZ style flashes have become repetative. Your art is good but there are so many other flashes done in the same look. Originality is important. Other than that keep up the good work.
