Worth Seeing, If Just For the Character Designs
Characters. Excellent character designs. Very professional, full of life. The only thing that probably kept this from being 5/5 was the fact that they were still sketches.
Music. Not Bad. Catchy, fast-paced, and reminescent of Mortal Kombat.
Backgrounds. Could've been better. They were also sketchy, unfinished...more storyboard-ish.
Special Effects. Pretty basic. Glowing orbs for lights, rectangles for speed lines, basic lines for rain. The explosion wasn't too bad, but it looked more like smoke with action lines. If it were an explosion, more of a fiery burst would've been present. If it were just a crash, then just dust or smoke, perhaps some debris, would have occurred.
Text. Font was pretty appropriate for the whole biker theme. Kelsey McCloud and Kami Phoenix's names were a little hard on the eyes; perhaps use a more base color. Also, the logo at the end seemed bland compared to the kickass-iness of the rest of the movie. I'd suggest some sparkly highlights on it.
Note on Excellent Scenes. Andy Katt is shown, bike rumbling beneath him, streetlights reflected on his visor. Beautiful. The bird announcer, second group of 3, and screaming Andy at the end are also worth a look.
