This is not a bad concept...
Lacking somewhat in originality due to the fact there is already a TV show over this subject on the FOX television networks. Needs work on music for sure... Howver this is a new concept on Newgrounds and the community for which I am speaking on the behalf of needs more talented people like you to make submissions... Keep up the work. You will land on the front page sometime in the future if you keep this up.
Good Start
The game is a good start. It has real possibility to be an awsome game.
As far as adding to the game. Make it possible to do more things in each area. Maybe be able to pick up the cars and throw them, or have more than one object on the billboard section. Also the lab could be alot cooler if it had more buttons do various things to the monkey.
As far as new areas, just think of the mokey village as a real place. You can have a bar, houses, pool hall, or just about any real place.
The sound was a little repetative. Consider using a different sound for each area, something more related to the area itself.
All in all with a little work and some new scenery the game could be much better than it already is
