Needs some improvements...
Pretty nice though. You said you wanted a charismatic figure. Try drawing with the pencil tool on a 50-75 smoothness level. It looks far more alive if you draw the lines like that. black 1px lines don't have expression. Try making it run a little bit smoother. And remember, people do al sort of stuff while computering or talking. They don't just sit like a statue.

it was good didnt notice a preloader on it ... but maybe i wasnt paying attension. very good movie all in all needs some more action etc but owell

It was good, but make the action a little more lively. Either add detail so that the slow parts aren't so slow, or clut some of the long intervals.
