You're absoulety right no-one has done this before, which makes this as a flash movie quite refreshing to watch. However if you're delving into the realm of the more famous 2D fighting game characters next episode, I suggest you tread with caution or there may be many fanboy backlash blammage reviews in responce...

Not bad...
The Begining where you see Wong Fei Hong side step into battle is far too slow also the fight scene is a bit dull. I understand that the sprites can be limited for a single character as there are only so many movements made for it but sprite maniuplatino is a long standing practise here @ newgrounds used by Randy Solem and others and I would recommend it. Also some more choreography would be good as fights with the same repeated attacks forever seen from the same angle get dull after a while.
In the opening I would prefer if he was depicted doing something he is famous for such as weighing herbal medicines for a patience when a bunch of generic Thugs bust in and he is warped into Present Day US or something.
I wonder how the secound espisode shall look.
I know the sidestepping part was slow, and I know the fight scenes were dull, but this movie was mostly made for humor.
I also agree with you that I should have elaborated on the intro.
Anyways, part 2 won't be made cause there aren't any sprite sheets of Lee Recca. Unless I decide to draw the next episode out, it'll probably never be made.
