Good but..
Need to dig farther back. Back to what started it all. Old classics.
Try getting some interviews or "little known info" from the creators of the flash videos to put into it.
Try using screen shots of the actual flash...it will be a higher quality pic than the little tiny avatars you are using.
I know you did your research...but put a little more effort into the video itself...it looks like it was made in a couple of days.
Just keep working at it. Take constructive criticism and build on it.
Good First Draft
Excellent Idea that has the potential to reach the first page if the layout had been better. An opening barrage of images from the flashes would be good followed by a more interactive menu possibly listing each movie with a ranking and music in the background. Otherwise if you didn't want to go as far as that try speeding up count down and less text with more clips of the actual animations.
I ususally conclude with a two word summation so, 'Okay Job'

No offense, but your list really isn't worth much. Who are you to judge the top 20? I enjoyed the list a bit, but I have no reason to take your word on these judgements.
