Get to the point
Your sprite work is amazing!
However, the content was boring as hell. Make some decisions and cut out the bull, or trim down content. For instance, Tails bumping into the TV, and the Chaos Emerald explanation.
Dialog is dull as well.

I found it funny at either end, but the start seemed a bit dull.
I'm gonna give you 4/10 rather than 5. I know it's not what you referred to, but your threat of buttsex scared me.
You should consider not using this awful system actually, it's not helpful, just confusing.

Clock?
This was made by a clock? It was well-animated and had a plot...oh, the time-paradox part, there's the signature crap. Other than that, it was ok, aside from not being funny. Use of Homestar Runner sounds at the beginning and Strong Bad at the end was pointless plugging of actually talented and funny flash animators.
Thank you for offering constructive criticism.
Keep in mind this is an old animation made before I became a clock, the actual point of the homestar runner references is simply because I love them, that's all.
I've made better animations since this one, try checking them out.
