It's pretty good but might I give a few sugestions? First you could use a little work on sycronizing the mouth movement with the talking. Second try putting in some sound effects to fill up the awkward silences. And finally maybe put in some music. but overall it was pretty good

You need to improve the sound. Also, some sound effects would be a nice touch. Some of the things in it can be confusing...

I've been waiting for this series ever since I heard you announce the idea. Now that the second episode is out, it shows definite improvement over the first (pilot) one. Over time, this shows promise of turning into a good series.
The main problem, as with the last one, is sound. Only this time, the problem is rather a lack of it. For example, during the "Recharge" scene, the silence just felt rather awkward. Still, I'll be sure to watch the next one when (or if) it comes out.
For a starting effort, well done.

but your dialogue was difficult to hear at points which definitely brings down the score, because it shows a lack of proffesionalism.

I REALLY want to like this series. But I just can't understand the dialog sometimes. Seriously, go buy a better mic. Do it today...
Then spend a little more time recording your lines, making sure its clear. This will make your toon much better.
