Nice little introduction that you did there. I liked what I saw, although the bad guy kind of looks like he's got a sperm for a head. Keep up the good work.

I'm not a fan of stick or DBZ... but still... I can't do anything on flash so you are at least one step ahead of me :P... Try to change the sticks into actual characters, would make it a hell of a lot better; not everyone is a artist however.

surely this is a copy of the dbz janemba flash, i mean the enemy with a long apendage, red eyes, AND in stick format...
Not the worst thing I've seen..
But certainly not the best, either. There are much better stick animations out there, so you'd improve by making actual charaters. And it looks like you basically took Buu, made him black, and had him created by Dr. Gero. I think you can do better.
