My only Suggestion is backgrounds and maybe you can scroll with the car so the car can go many different places
who knows maybe you can turn this into a mini GTA :]

Tough game
Graphics and the sounds are both awesome. I especially like the "screams" of people getting run over. Good remake that have no visual bloodshed.
The score deducting system makes the game challenging, but maybe it is a bit too tough. It seems difficult to even finish the very first level!

i found it hard personally, and i'm not sure wot i was running over, those things looked like they cud damage the car itself, but nether the less i'm rating it as a flsah and its well scripted. nice game overall. well done!
