It's decent for what it is.
I felt that you did a fine job animating this flash work. The characters that you used were fine and they were synk'd up their actions nicely enough.
All I can suggest is that you do a little more with what you have, just so you can extend the length of your movie. Perhaps if you worked in an intro or an ending so you can give your audience more to work with, when they watch this.
Overall, this is decent. And I wish you luck on your next projects.
