Wow! That was great for its genre!
Now, I don't like Xiao much. And I don't like Madness much, or the stickfighters. They've all been sorely overdone...
... but this brought it back to life. It was original, full of smooth animation and excellent light-usage. The character captions gave it a personality and strong theme. The music was even well-suited. On top of that, although it was made as a violent combat piece, you managed to keep it clean and mostly bloodless, while still making the fights shine. Kudos; this is the first and only animated melee-combat piece to grace my favourites list in two years.
And as much as I offer praise, I try to give some criticism for improvement as well, and so, I'd recommend having someone review the text before you post it. There were quite a lot of typos/spelling errors in the speech, but not bad enough that it hurt your score at all. Even with that slight against it, it's still remarkable for its type. I hope to see more.
