Don't blam just because it's SS, has potential...
Hmm I think I played this game a while ago...
Still it's nice to see you've made some improvement, it's still not as good as it potentially could be but hopefully with mine and other's suggestions it won't be impossible to achieve.
First off, the sound of the flash. It's good to see you've made some effort here because the last version of this game I played had no sound at all. However, the sound is very short and goes around in a loop after a matter of seconds, and why not use something more relevant like the theme tune of "spongebob squarepants?". I realise though that you feel this may scare off people because of the kiddyish feel, in which case I suggest you add a button which enables you to choose which background music you want - make sure you include a good variety that will appeal to all tastes, for example not just all heavy metal or rock ect. I'm pretty disappointed to see you still have not added sound effects; I feel that this would play a big role in the flash's success where sound is concerned. Go wild! Add sound effects when you click on objects, and you could even make him talk when you click on Patrick's mouth for example.
As far as graphics is concerned, I see no real problems here. I liked not only the Spongebob squarepants background (obviously the most relevant) but the other ones you could choose from aswell. I think maybe you should add a few more backgrounds from not only spongebob but also more exciting ones - for example hell, space for example and you should make the background box bigger if you can, just do the buttons running neatly along the top. Oh and Patrick looks a little too MS Paint compared to his surroundings, you need to make him 'blend' in more perhaps you could even add a few interactive objects into the scenery of each background? Just a few suggestions though. Patrick though looks just as he should do and graphics on the whole are good, but I do feel that you could add more detail into the objects and clothing items.
Game play is where this game shines though, but I can't help feeling you haven't reached the game's full potential though. I can't help feeling you have put a lot of buttons to make up for the lack of actual clothes to choose from. Fir example you have a 'shirts' button but about only 3 shirts to choose from, and this is the same for the other clothes. Not only should you have a good quantity (obviously something you need to add) but also a good QUALITY of clothes - it doesn't matter if you have about 50 clothes to choose from, they need to look and FEEL appealing to the player once they kit up their own Patrick with chosen items and clothing.
Though I like the Spongebob Squarepants style I feel you could go more into it. For example add some Spongebob clothing I do realise this kiddy feel may not appeal to everyone so all I can say is experiment! If the kiddy feel fails, at least add funny clothing items and Spongebob references so the audience is laughing WITH you, not AT you, you can never have enough humour. There's no shame in a Spongebob dress-up you just need to make sure you have a good variety of clothing because you need to appreciate what appeals to all groups and not just one. For example you've shown that a dress-up based on a cartoon programme can be funny, with a few of your clothing items. Revolutionise Patrick, experiment, turn him into a Patrick other than just a Spongebob Squarepants character! On the whole though some good game play, I especially liked the text you can write!
Overall a good dress-up that has a good amount of replay value. It's nothing amazing, but then again this is only just the start! I like your style of dress-up and think with some improvements and care, this could go far. I hope my suggestions have helped :)
