Nice art. This character is Sans, and, unless your talking about the Ness is Sans theory, which is TOTALLY bullshit, he's technically an adult, and the OLDER brother despite his younger brother being way taller. Anyways, we don't know what the exact age is, but I'm pretty sure he's in his 20s.
