Reviews for "Creatine Clockwork"

ohhh

yay for ambience that lifts the minds and closes the eyes. i really like this sound. the lo-fi is more like drifting into the ocean than sounding underwater. like a boat drifting out to see with a couple soulful guitarist aboard. well made and well created.

Gillenium responds:

Thank you very much. Although I owe a lot of credit to Evan Hinkle on guitar. He recorded a minute of audio on a crappy 10 dollar k-mart mic, and yet his riffs still shine through. Thanks for the review!

I like...

I really like it... and would like to have the full version... ill try to contact u on aim it looks like u have it....

Gillenium responds:

Thanks again, I'd be happy to fork over the whole thing, but the NG version has only been cut a little bit. I just cut a little stereo part at the end.

Very nice.

I loved it. It's like a great song while out riding the oceans. Keep up the goodwork Mr. I can't make unoriginal music.

Gillenium responds:

:P I appreciate it.

Really nice...

..it seems that the quality is a little low, but this is a really nice ambient tune with nice atmospheres, textures and the guitar riffs are very fitting/but a bit too lo-fi for my liking. It's a shame it all seems a bit like it's underwater, i'm not sure if that is a lack of quality reproduction or intentional. Anyway, I really like it, it's mellow and very well written. Reminds me of something, but i cant put my finger on it:D Great trk. Gets my 5.

Gillenium responds:

Well. the thing is, Newgrounds has a file size limit, so I had to reduce the quality of the song (and cut 30 seconds from it) to get it to fit. I'd be happy to give you or anybody else that asks the full version.

Good.

another relaxing one, huh?
I guess that´s totally your style. The guitars made it especially good.
Smooth going from start to end, with some unusual breaks, though, this sounds more like its a harbour combined with the incoming harmonica(?) parts.

nice work AGAIN!

(Next review will be a fucking huge one from SBB)

Gillenium responds:

Thanks! I didn't do so well with the mastering of this one, but... the song file is gone, wadda ya gonna do. Evan's a great guitarist. He wanted to name the song Creatine Meltdown and I wanted to name it Clockwork, so we found some middle ground. One of my favorite titles though.
