Review for both parts so far...
Great work. I noticed that the art's improved from the last part, and Rouge has a good voice actor this time round. I liked the cameos (Mad Jack rules, I miss that cartoon) and the general... madness involved (which is a given considering the title). The subtitles had less spelling errors too, so that's also a plus.
Overall very enjoyable.

You may still be falling behind in subtitles, sound quality, graphics, character movement, maybe even sanity, but if anyone shows that it doesn't need to be perfect to work, it's you Roger. :)
For all the minor errors and problems with this series it has managed to shine like a Flawed Diamond. With a good blend of humour, action and other things, you produced a great series. I really enjoyed this second part to the epic saga of Sonic Movie Madness, and I'd like to see Part 3 soon.
I'd like to say more, but then I'd just be repeating myself for the umpteenth time. Great as always - you're the best Sonic Flash creator on Newgrounds in my opinion. :)
actually, this is already part 3, just hte second part of the first part of the third part... in English: movie 3 was so big i had to cut it down in 3 parts, and now even these parts are to big.. yeah ^^;; big final eh?
Anyway, i was never aiming for "the best quality flash ever" so yeah, many flaws alert..

thought it was very funny how you did kind of a looney toons comedy with the drawing on the bad guys w/ hyper sonic and the falling down of the stairs w/ sauromon....

The movie was great, but there were a lot of misspellings and grammar mistakes. Keep on making them though, but learn how to use a dictionary.
Actually, i gave all my dictionairies away to all people who enjoy perfect grammar and spelling more then jokes.

the only complaints i have are ones you've heard before
1. it's SUPER shadow, dammit. only sonic and knuckles have a hyper form (S3&K)
2. I WANNA BE A FRIGGIN' VOICE ACTOR!
2a. doing this will get more voices faster.
2b. I can do an ass-load of voices better than most of the crappy voice actors you've got.
