I just made one I out of a Kodak Max Flash camera, and a ripped the hinged copper rod out
so i made a constant connection with a aluminin wire (which arbitrary) could the copaciter explode since it is a contsant or will it stop

No, your capacitor wont explode, but i dont suggest it (if i understand what your saying). The capacitor will just fill up, unleash, fill up, unleash etc. so the wires will always have a charge in them, cuz as soon as u use it, they fill up again...DANGEROUS... its also a huge waste of your battery. better to have a button to charge it.
also, a bigger capacitor is dangerous, my capacitor is 330v 80uf... any bigger than that is dangerous so watch yourself...
