Musical ideas are cool,but...
i hate the sound of a pod that is DI'd
just never really made me sit up and go YES!
I remember using one for my Bands EP and it drives me crazy listening back to the tone. what amp have you got? maybe try amping that up and adding in VST effects?
or whatever plug ins you use (if you have pro tools and logic)
however i like the musical ideas, harmonies always make me happy =P
