Not bad

Not a bad start to your gaming career on newgrounds but certainly not the best thing i've seen. A few things that I'd like to point out:
1. Could do with better sound
2. there's a glitch where if you hit a bomb but quickly get to the next room you don't die
3. Your instruction page is very vague

Aside from these poits it did keep me playing for a while to try to complete it and you have a good difficulty choice: challenging yet not impossible. Improve your graphics and sound and you will one day produce some amazing games I'm sure

GAAAAAH!

that game would have been pretty fun, but it was sooooo anoying... the bombs kept detonating if my foot came within an inch of em on the screen. This got realy old, having to start over every 5 seconds.

fix that and you got yourself a decent game

A small time killer.

It isn't the best game in the world, but i've seen worse. A bit challenging. Controls seem slightly limited. Overall, okay.

Not bad

You need to make it that you dont go back to the begining again when you die that just makes people annoyed. But otherwise not bad, the characters need better graphics and some music would be nice, the sound affects are good.

Indeed, i originally intended to make a checkpoint, but with only 10 screens, i didn't do it. (it was going to be 20 screens originally)

It's good, but could be better.

In essence, it reminds me of Wonder Boy. The type of character that needs of food to keep his bar from gradually depleting. I believe many other reviewers already posted this, but you should really think about correcting the time limit on the penalty for not eating. The bar moves way too fast. In fact, you should not put so much emphasis on the velocity in which the bar depletes but in the level design, forcing the player to be more astute and precise in platform jumping other than just trying to race against the hunger of your character. Also, some music would help as well as some checkpoints. The character could be fairly better designed too, maybe even keep the subject matter continuous. I mean, you got a character eating pizza. Why pizza? Why the main character is a sort of blue monster? Anyway, these are some ideas. I really like where your game could go and I'd love to see a new version of it. Keep at it!

Yes, that's very true. A better (goal/story/plot) will be in a next PIZZALAND, if i ever make it.
It reminded you of WonderBoy!!! wow, i hadn't really thougth about that myself...true! it's kinda similar.. :)
WonderBoy is my all time (classic) favourite, so i take that as a compliment! :)
