I won't give you a high score for this, but you don't need it. Just know that it is good. I actually know literally nothing about flash, coloring, or anime, and now I have a much better idea on how to start on all three. This was very informative.
Ditch the 3 hearts, though. I know it's a style of writing native to net, but they're still just distracting.

well well, i was not expecting a tutorial like this, but for as young as 16, making a tutorial for new people is quite not of a bad idea, i have never ever done a flash animation in my life, and i think if i try to make one good one, it would be:
1. boring.
2.having a storyline
3.poor in graphics
4.an idea for an animation would not be half bad to make somekind of animation.

I suppose it was ok. It is out of proportion, considering the size of the head, and how the eyes were off center, but definately way better than most of the tutorials I have seen here on NG. I will have to make a tutorial my self.
