animation wasn't too bad
your animation wasn't to bad, actually it wasn't a bad flash at all. you just need a good program like garage band so you can make your own sounds instead of using sound bytes from comand and conquer. good job working with what you've got.

you were right, the aniamtion isnt too smooth, but overall this was pretty good i thought! the graphics were decent, and the audio was pretty sweet i thought.
one main thing you could have done in terms of animation, though, is draw in some 'sad' looking eyebrows when he first cries. because his mouth moves, but his eyes stay the same, looks kinda weird.
