Hooray for public schools?
To be honest, I have no effing clue why people seem to be so focused on bashing Bush. I don't follow party lines for either side, I'll tell you this... and during the election I thought both candidates were about as inspiring as a can of beans. The only thing they could inspire is a bit of flatulence. But while Bush is somewhat bloodthirsty, Kerry is a compulsive liar with no backbone and third-party candidates...well, ugh.
Well what do you want? Some magical other choice where you can vote for a dead president? Would you vote for Lincoln, who did almost the same precise thing, making a controversial call which half the nation hated? Or Nixon, who disgraced the nation? Thomas Jefferson, who was an abolitionist with several slaves?
Stupid people astound me with how little they actually know about anything, because it seems like only stupid people ever voice themselves. Bush sucks, yes. But he's not the worst.
