Reviews for "Pax Bush"

i don't know what you were trying to prove

I don't understand if you are supporting the war of you are bashing bush, if you are bashing bush dont use the voice of Martin Lurther king to back you up. If any one would read the bible at all there is a part in it that says "Evil will rise in the middle east" and I totally support the war!

Think.

Actually, you and the Republicans are both wrong. The Left bemoans the fact that the death toll is still rising on both sides while the Right curses the Left for its blatant ignorance to the good things that are happening in Iraq and other countries. But in truth, the real problem lies in the timing and the wording. Were the Iraqis oppressed? Certainly. Was it our job to go in and help them? Now wait a minute... didn't we say we would wait to let the weapons inspectors do their work? Yes, that's what we said. But the Administration lied, and went in anyway. Why? Saddam (despite what people may falsely assume) posed no significant or surmounting threat to us. The fact is, many countries are brutally oppressed by mad dictators. The reason we ignore them (see Africa) is because of one simple invasion determinant factor: economic opportunity. The Bush Administration saw the wealth of resources available in the country and went ahead and did what it thought was best for the country. Were there personal gains/vendettas involved? We can't know for sure. But, regardless, the Bush Administration has done what the United States has done for practically all of its lifetime: fed, consumed, served itself and its omnipresent capitalist manifesto. Is the Bush group a lot of heinous, dirty, secretive people? Certainly. But is it at its core any different from any other administation in history? Absolutely not. Do not simply sit and point the finger at Bush. Rather, reflect on the flaws of the system, and what we as a people can do to assuage them.

Poltics

Hey, to the guy who remarked we should keep politics out of Newgrounds. Idea's like that are what allows for some pretty bad things to happen. I know... let's all not talk about politics... and let the government do whatever they want... Let's elect people randomly... or hell let's give up our right to vote altogether! After all, what do we know? We wont talk about it!

Newgrounds is a good place for a little politics. There's a lot of smart and not-so smart people here who really should be exposed to a little politics, from all perspectives. So if you've got a problem with this flash, or any other anti-bush flash... go make a pro-bush flash! It's a free country. Right?

That said, I dont really want to see newgrounds fill up with thousands of pieces of propaghanda from any angles... I want fun cartoons and games... but I can't think of a better place on the web where a lot of viewers can hear your ideas.

well thanks for washing my brain...

but i'm inclined to agree more with arcantus (the person who reviewed this submission right before me). nice presentation, but it was obviously very opinionated. give more facts next time, like ones we don't already know. oh and don't think i completely disagree with you or anything; despite my being more conservative than liberal, i gladly voted for kerry :)

ok yeah point taken

As the person before me stated if ur an american you could have voted if ur not then no one care what you think you should thin about that but bushes plan will die in 3 years once hes taken out of office ok he cant kill us all in that amount of time so buy a calender and tick away the days until SOME ELSE BECOMES PRESIDENT AND FIXES THIS SHITY MESS! i personaly would vote for bush because im not a democrate i am a middle class republican and frankly on the set of politics i would prefer to keep my money and give as little as posible to the gov or others. that is why i have chosen the way of the greedy republican instead of the poor ass democrate i was a poor kid living in east denver for way to long i never want to go back
