Pretty good!
Simple but enjoyable. It had a good variation of endings and I liked the character style.

Predictable but still funny!
Yeah, I've seen this sort of thing before, and some of the deaths were indeed predictable, i.e. the falling tree, tongue stuck to the lamppost (I've seen it before on the Simpsons), etc. However predictable these were, they still managed to make me laugh.
I especially like surreal humour and numbers 8 and 10 (shotgun and trap) went straight for the jugular as that's concerned, I absolutely loved them!
Keep going, I'd like to see a sequel as this is a promising animation. Just try to make some of them less predictable next time and it'll be a surefire hit!

suprisingly funny
My favorites were 4, 8, and 9. I especially liked the character himself (is it a he?) and i think you should create a story line and make him into a flash movie, or at least make another one of these except with even more creative ways for his deaths.
